IS YOUR CHAPTER DESCRIPTION UP TO DATE ON THE RHS WEB SITE?

Have you taken a minute to update your Chapter Descriptions in preparation for FACT (Find A Chapter Today)? If you haven't done so please do as soon as possible.

Here is how:
Of course, it takes longer to write the instructions than it does to do the task – so here goes:
Log in
Click on MY ACCOUNT
Click on the icon that says CHAPTER INFORMATION
Click on the link that says View Chapter Profile Page
Click on edit
Scroll down to Chapter Description and fill it in.
Before you hit SAVE at the bottom of the page, make sure that you have selected whether or not your Chapter will be OPEN or CLOSED to new Member referrals and that you know what each of those selections mean.
OPEN means that you are happy to welcome a new Member to your Chapter.
CLOSED means that you will not receive Member referrals.
A Queen controls the rate of referrals to her Chapter by opening or closing her Chapter which can be done in the above manner at any time 24/7.
Once the description is entered and the decision to receive referrals or not has been made, hit SAVE. You will know the change has been made by a message at the top of the page. Tah Dah!
