Event must include: Theme of Event, Date of Event, Menu, Cost, Location, Time, Cost of Event and your Contact Information.
I highly recommend you provide a registration form with flyer . Your flyer / event notification will be posted in the "county" tab under " County Activities". All flyers must state that only registered members of the Red Hat Society may attend!
